There Is No Such Thing as Introvert or Extrovert.

You have a choice: take the plunge and put yourself out there or remain in the comfort of the status quo. It doesn’t matter whether you identify as an introvert or an extrovert. Who cares? They’re merely labels, stories we tell ourselves to justify not taking an action.

You skip networking events because you don’t feel comfortable and don’t know anyone. You avoid parties unless your best friend is attending. You hesitate to ask that cute girl at the library out because you fear rejection (but she could just as easily say yes!). You shy away from presentations because you dread speaking in front of others, even about the topic you know well.

All of these are excuses that hold you back from reaching your full potential. Growth happens outside your comfort zone. Success lies on the other side of failure, and true freedom comes from taking action despite your fears.

So, drop the labels—they don’t define you. How badly you want something and the pain of not having it—let that push you forward. Step up, embrace the challenges and your future self will thank you.
